beans are imported and processed on a roast-to-order basis

Rather than mass production, our professional baristers provide tailor-made coffee and tea mixes of unique flavour and aroma to suit the taste and preference of individual clients.
Ever since January 2003, we have offered a wide variety of barister courses and classes such as "Opening a Coffee Shop", "How to Make a Perfect Coffee", and "Coffee Appraisal for Connoisseurs", making us experts not only in coffee trading but also in coffee teaching. We have over 3000 persons enrolled in our courses and provided professional training for interns and those planning to open coffee shops. In April 2009, Wing Yip obtained international accreditation as a "Barister Examiner". |
