Among the top-notched in coffee business and being one of the few coffee experts in Hong Kong, Yip's love and zeal for coffee was sparked in his teens. Yip was born with taste buds apt for precise appraisal. He has tailor-made for many clients unique coffee and tea mixes that suit their taste and preference.

May Man has been a volunteer teaching assistant when the course “Opening a Coffee shop” was first offered in 2003. She was also a top student of the second “Certificate Course on Professional Coffee Mixing”. She formally joined the coffee business in 2005 and her zealous effort has contributed much to the logistic support of the courses. In 2009, she obtained qualifications as a certified examiner of International Professional Barister and a lecturer of Barister Course recognized by the Hong Kong Government. She has been invited by institutions such as Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, City Lady Junior Chamber, City University of Hong Kong, Jardine Engineering Corporation Limited, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, Employees Retraining Board, Parc Palais, and Mental Health Association of Hong Kong to give lectures and organize workshops on coffee-related topics and NOKIA....
